Goyaike S.A. Collaboration
In February 2000, XY Inc. signed an agreement with Goyaike S.A, a leading cattle-breeding
company in Argentina, that will - for the first time - bring XY's sperm-sorting research
for dairy cattle to South America. As part of the agreement, Goyaike (pronounced Goy-czhek-ee) entered into a research
collaboration with XY Inc. and secured future rights to commercialize XY Inc.'s technology
in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay in the coming years. In 2001, Goyaike also took delivery of
its first SX-MoFlo. In early 2001, Goyaike installed its second MoFlo.
